As part of the Going Shopping topic in Year 4 English, the children learn about the currency used in the United Kingdom. With creativity at the helm, coupled with learning about the UK’s amazing landmarks and unique cultural points, the children were tasked with redesigning the four British pound notes.
After working tirelessly on their creations, it was time to vote for their top three designs. Each child in Year 4 was given the opportunity to vote, as were pupils in different year levels and teachers. Thank you to all who cast their vote, as your contribution added to the excitement of the competition.

All participants received a certificate to acknowledge their participation.
